Cowboys won last year's contest in Dallas, 38-21.
	LAST GAME -- 49ers tuned up for big game by jumping out to 30-6
lead in Washington before beating Redskins 37-22. Cowboys warmed up
by dominating Giants 38-10 on Monday night.
	COWBOYS OFFENSE -- RUSH (No. 4), PASS (No. 10), OVERALL (No. 6)
	Rolled up 450 total yards last week. RB Emmitt Smith ran for 163
yards on club-record 35 carries. He is second in NFL with 911 yards
rushing and leads with 11 TDs. QB Troy Aikman is league's
second-rated passer (97.8). WR Alvin Harper, having his best year
averaging 23 yards per catch with six TDs, suffered knee injury
last week and may not play.

leading passer with 101.8 rating. He leads in completion percentage

team with seven sacks. DT Chad Hennings had his fifth sack of
season last week. Have allowed NFC-low 120 points.

	Have held last three opponents under 300 total yards. S Tim
McDonald scored his second TD of season with 73-yard INT return. DE
Charles Mann had his first sack as Niner. DT Dana Stubblefield
leads team with six sacks. One of main reasons CB Deion Sanders was
signed was his ability to cover WR Michael Irvin. Last year, while
with Falcons, Sanders held Irvin to one catch for 5 yards.
	SPECIAL TEAMS -- Cowboys K Chris Boniol leads NFC with 74 points.

his 75th victory last week in his 98th career game. He is fastest
to reach that mark, surpassing former Browns coach Paul Brown, who
did it in 101 NFL games. ... Cowboys TE Jay Novacek (abdomen) has
missed last two games and is questionable. ... Smith became only
second RB ever to score 10 or more TDs in each of his first five
